How We Create Impact
Rotaract's structured service model spans six pillars, allowing members to engage in ways that match their skills, passions, and goals.
Community Service
We live in a socially unbalanced society where some individuals are underprivileged. Community Service encourages young people to actively engage in various ways to contribute to the welfare of society. From hunger drives to health camps, environment care to disaster relief — this is where real impact begins.
Club Service
Club Service organizes and manages entertainment and recreational activities for club members. This involves a wide range of projects and events designed to keep members engaged, entertained, and connected. The goal: foster a sense of community and enjoyment through fun, exciting activities.
New Generations
New Generations Service engages youth and young adults in leadership roles. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a training program for ages 14–30 emphasizing leadership and citizenship. Rotaract (18–30) and Interact (12–18) together form a complete youth development ecosystem.
Professional Service
Professional Service encourages members to explore new activities and experiences. It helps members achieve a level they cannot attain solely through classroom learning — unlocking professional potential through workshops, seminars, mentorships, and real-world exposure.
International Service
As the world becomes more interconnected, International Service fosters cultural awareness and appreciation. Through research, exchanges, and IDYE (Inter-District Youth Exchange) events, members gain global perspectives and understanding of diverse cultures, traditions, and lifestyles.
Teach & WINS
A key feature of this avenue: ensuring government schools in India have functioning water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities. We aim to improve curriculum and teaching methods, promote hygiene practices, and foster community ownership of school infrastructure.
